As a renowned expert in marine engineering and hydraulic systems, we are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Palfinger marine cranes and handling systems, as well as strong technical knowledge to develop and update training materials, manuals, and documentation.

1. Deliver technical instruction and product training to customers, service partners, and internal technicians.
\
2. Conduct hands-on training sessions using actual equipment.
\
3. Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.
\
4. Develop and update training materials to align with product developments.
\
5. Ensure all technical content is accurate and up-to-date.
\
6. Deliver training courses at our academy, on-site, or remotely.
\
7. Engage and train different groups effectively using strong presentation and teaching skills.

13. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.

14. Previous experience as a trainer or instructor preferred.

15. 3–5 years of hands-on field experience with hydraulics products.

16. English language skills in speaking and writing mandatory.
\
17. Strong presentation, teaching, and people skills to engage different groups.

18. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

19. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

20. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
