Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking an motivated
Insulation Installer
to join our Home Energy upgrades team.
Within this role, you will work as part of an home upgrade team responsible for delivering high quality insulation installations, along with basic snagging or minor repair works on domestic properties that have undergone energy efficiency upgrades under the SEAI Home Upgrade Schemes.
This role requires strong attention to detail, a broad set of trade skills and an awareness of Building regulations is of paramount importance along with compliance with the SEAI requirements.
Working in conjunction with our Scheduling, Quality and Logistics departments, we will require a proactive and clear communicator, able to work on own initiative and prioritise own workload.

Following the successful launch of our Home Energy Upgrade division in ****, bolstered by over 20 years of experience delivering cost and energy savings to clients nationwide, we are delighted to have delivered >15% of the SEAI's One Stop Shop and CEG projects in ****.
These have been a mixture of shallow renovations and deep retrofit projects with increased targets for ****.
Key Responsibilities
Undertake insulation installation projects
Operate hand tools and equipment safely
Communicate effectively with reporting and project managers
Monitor and report any issues with company equipment or site conditions.
Observe and comply with all lawful instructions, rules, regulations and policies
Maintain safety, cleanliness and professionalism on site
Log and file job update reports on our CRM software
Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your Manager
Requirements
Min. 2 years experience in attic insulation or another associated construction trade
Basic understanding of SEAI energy upgrade works - Wall insulation, attic insulation, windows, doors, floor insulation and mechanical ventilation
Safe Pass
Confident problem solver with a positive can-do attitude
Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills, or gain industry certification as deemed necessary
Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Full clean driving licence, and the flexibility to travel to sites across Munster predominantly
