Maintenance Technician
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance tasks, with a focus on improving equipment reliability.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules;
* Lead root cause failure analysis programs to improve equipment reliability;
* Monitor and optimize maintenance personnel's performance using KPIs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead a Root Cause Failure Analysis Program to reduce general equipment breakdowns. You will work closely with the engineering team to identify and address any issues that may arise during maintenance activities.
