You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff and foster a positive, productive working environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily café operations including food service, hygiene, and customer experience.Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.Manage staff rotas, performance reviews, and recruitment.Monitor and improve sales performance and profitability.Maintain stock levels, supplier relationships, and inventory control.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.Implement marketing and promotional strategies to grow the business.Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a managerial role within hospitality or food service.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to manage budgets and drive sales.Passion for food, coffee, and customer service.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
