You will:
* Create and deliver training programs on regulatory technology solutions.
* Develop onboarding materials for new employees and facilitate their training.
* Manage global training responsibilities for US, UK, and Luxembourg teams.
* Evaluate training needs and create educational materials to address them.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a training-focused position.
* Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
