Morgan McKinley are currently recruiting for a fantastic new role with one of Cork's most respected and established legal clients.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain daily receipts, payments and general ledger.
* Setup and maintain new client ledgers.
* Maintain Register of Undertakings.
* Generating payment runs.
* Generating client invoices.
* Reconcile client statements.
* Reconciliation of bank accounts.
* Prepare the month end reports.
* Liaise with external auditor.
* ROS and VAT returns.
* Ad hoc queries and investigations.
* Payroll Requirements:
Experience within a legal practice.
Strong communication skills - both written and oral.
5 years experience.
Skills: Legal audit month end reconciliation.
