BER Assessor Wexford INFORM3 is recruiting for a BER Assessor who is adept at providing precise energy assessments and compliance calculations for commercial and residential properties.
In this role the successful candidate will be taking responsibility for entire project lifecycle and ensuring high-quality consultancy and written reports are delivered.
Our client is looking for a candidate who is organised and efficient, able to manage your time and workload to meet project deadlines.
Excellent verbal and report writing skills are essential as is the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities: Perform assessments across a range of commercial and residential properties to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
Issue Certificates and offer guidance on energy efficiency enhancements.
Prepare thorough, clear reports and documentation for clients.
Support clients throughout the entire assessment process, from initial consultation to final report submission.
Work closely with the wider team to assess energy consumption and suggest cost-effective optimization solutions.
Stay informed about the latest building regulations, energy efficiency standards, and sustainability developments.
Key Requirements: Registered Domestic BER Assessor with SEAI Proven experience in conducting BER assessments A solid understanding of building energy efficiency, sustainability, and relevant legislation.
