Validation Team Lead
We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our validation team, driving excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster high-performance teams through mentorship and skill development.
* Prioritize work allocation to meet compliance and business objectives.
* Oversight of the Validation Master Plan (VMP) and associated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
* 5+ years' experience in validation within a GMP environment, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
This is an onsite role based in Loughrea requiring daily presence at the manufacturing site. Successful candidates thrive in structured, regulated environments and drive validation excellence while leading people.
