Exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join a well established civil and structural engineering & architectural consultancy in the north-east of Ireland.
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of projects which may include mixed use developments, hotels, commercial, retail, industrial and residential developments.
You will work on engineering challenging projects whilst having a good work life balance.
Projects: Projects range in values from €20m €150m.
Residential Projects Retail Offices Mixed use developments Numerous Deign & Build projects Role / Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering or equivalent 7 years+ experience as a structural engineer in Ireland or the UK Be proficient in the design of multi-storey buildings in various materials (steel, masonry, reinforced concrete, timber frame) Competency in software including TEDDS, Masterseries, PDS, Microdrainage/Flow, Auto CAD,/REVIT A good understanding of construction techniques, sequences of work, temporary works, Irish Building Regs and working under BCAR Organised approach to problem solving and a willingness to explore new opportunities Good Attention to detail With Knowledge of /experience in working in an (ISO 9001:2015) environment.
