What You'll Be Doing:
* Customer-focused IT support : Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, accurately logging and updating tickets while delivering a friendly, high-quality support experience.
* Technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues across various applications and systems
* Problem-solving: Investigate incidents and implement long-term fixes
* Clear status communication: Provide regular updates on ticket progress, open issues and project tasks.
* Knowledge capture & documentation: Record system issues and resolutions clearly so solutions are reusable and accessible for the wider team.
* Microsoft 365 support: Support Office, M365, Enterprise and Mobility environments to keep users productive.
* Device support: Support laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, mobile devices and desktop operating systems in a hands-on environment.
* Vendor collaboration: Work with third-party vendors to resolve escalated or complex technical issues.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Strong technical foundation: hands-on experience that's given you a solid grounding in IT and operations.
* Real-world IT experience: experience working in an ICT or operations environment, supporting users and systems in a fast-paced setting.
* Microsoft 365 know-how: experience supporting M365 services and helping users get the most from them.
* Industry system exposure: experience with Pharmaceutical or EPOS systems is a definite bonus, but not essential.
* ITSM tool expertise: experience using IT Service Management tools to log, track and resolve incidents effectively.
