The Role
We're looking for a driven and customer-focused professional with experience installing and commissioning commercial catering equipment as well as various stainless-steel products. Role is field based with works being completed nationwide on clients' sites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install commercial catering equipment as and when directed by the installations manager
· Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
· Ensure compliance with relevant electrical requirements
· Complete and provide reports in relation to work and equipment as required, including commissioning sheets, reporting your arrival and departure from each job and obtaining customer signatures where required
· Assist with equipment delivery
· Manage tooling and van stocks
· Manage part orders for jobs and recording used parts on each job
· Report identified risks in line with H&S procedures
Requirements:
· Electrical background
· Must have valid safe pass card
· Full clean driving license required
· Skilled in installing commercial catering equipment
· Proven ability to work on own initiative with a minimum of supervision
· Basic plumbing knowledge and experience required to connect equipment to waste and water supply
· Ability to install and fit stainless steel products such as wall shelves, cupboards, tables, heated gantries
· Customer facing position – meeting and liaising with clients in a professional manner
