Excel Healthcare is seeking an experienced Day Service Coordinator on behalf of our client to lead and develop Adult Day Services in South Dublin. This service delivers person-centred supports in line with the New Directions framework. The role focuses on providing meaningful, community-based services that enhance quality of life, as defined by the service user. The Coordinator will lead the development and delivery of high-quality day services, ensuring person-centred supports. The role involves leading and supporting a dedicated team to deliver effective care and supports to adults with physical, sensory and intellectual disabilities. This role would be ideal for a Social Care or Nursing professional with management experience and a passion for leading teams and driving positive change.
