Accounts Payable Specialist
Kilmacanogue, Wicklow
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will have responsibility for the following:
Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:
* Matching invoices & delivery dockets in order to process.
* Processing of AP invoices / credit notes on Epos, M4A and Oracle.
* Supplier Set Up's / Updating Bank details
* Monthly creditor reconciliations for all accounts.
* Preparing an Accruals list and Quarter End files for the Financial Controller.
- Preparing the monthly/weekly payment run -
* Preparing the commission figures for the various concessions within the Avoca branches.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years accounts payable or similar experience.
* Strong attention to detail
* Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting procedures
* Be professional, punctual and organized.
* Proactive, practical, and flexible approach to work
* Ability to prioritise tasks and use discretion to multitask.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient IT Skills, (particularly Microsoft Excel)
* Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
