We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our educational institute. As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase student enrollment, expand our reach and presence in the community, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsabilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the institute's goals and objectives.
* Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that can increase enrollment and revenue.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as schools, universities, corporations, and other organizations to promote our institute and attract potential students.
* Develop and maintain a strong online and offline presence through digital marketing, social media, events, and other channels.
* Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Work closely with the admissions team to understand the needs and preferences of prospective students and develop tailored outreach and recruitment efforts.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as student enrollment, revenue, and marketing ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the education industry.
* Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and other online marketing channels.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Passion for education and a commitment to providing quality educational services.
