Advanced Podiatry Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced podiatrist to join our hospital team in providing advanced musculoskeletal care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting comprehensive biomechanical assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality patient care.
2. Leveraging expertise to drive service development, mentor colleagues, and contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.
3. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapy, orthopaedics, and rheumatology to enhance patient outcomes.
4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and well-being.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Registration on the Podiatrists Register maintained by the Podiatrists Registration Board at CORU.
* Minimum 5 years full-time experience in musculoskeletal podiatry, with a proven record of clinical excellence.
* Postgraduate qualification or relevant course in the specialism, with demonstrated achievement in clinical audit, quality improvement, and practice development.
* Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and lead clinical teams, with a strong focus on continuous professional development.
* Residency in Ireland or the UK, with the legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
