Our client is seeking a professional and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to join their team. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. Responsibilities Managing complex diaries, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Preparing comprehensive travel and business development packs tailored to the specific objectives of each trip, ensuring all relevant information is included Producing and editing high-quality documents from digital dictation or handwritten notes, adhering to internal style and formatting standards Managing the end-to-end billing process with accuracy and attention to detail Preparing documentation for business development activities and new client meetings, including research, biographies, and relevant company data Entering and maintaining business development information within the CRM system Organising both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documentation is filed correctly and promptly Providing general administrative support Performing ad hoc tasks and administrative duties as required Requirements A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Legal PA/Secretary supporting senior professionals Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with document management systems, billing software, and digital dictation tools Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment A flexible and adaptable approach to workload and changing priorities A high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team members as needed A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development, with a commitment to continuous improvement If this role is of interest to you and you have the desired skills and experience, send your CV to Colette today.
