Role Summary:
* A highly driven and customer-focused Service Advisor will take ownership of the customer service journey, ensuring every Audi driver receives a first-class experience from booking to handover.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and guide them through the service process
2. Accurately book vehicles in for service, maintenance, or repair
3. Liaise between customers and the workshop team, ensuring clear communication of work needed, timelines, and costs
4. Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices
5. Manage customer updates and follow-up calls
6. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
7. Support the Aftersales Manager in the smooth daily running of the department
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive preferred)
2. Strong communication and organisational skills
3. Comfortable using DMS/CRM systems and handling administration
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
5. Positive, customer-first attitude and strong team ethic
6. Full, clean driving licence essential
