At T-Pro,
our mission is to ensure every patient gets the care that they deserve
- we believe the future of healthcare will continue to be written by clinicians.
The T-Pro Clinical Fellowship in AI
is more than a development programme; it's an opportunity to help shape how intelligence, compassion, and technology come together to definitively transform clinical care.
This Fellowship is designed for those who want to grow personally and professionally while making a tangible impact on the design and delivery of AI in healthcare. Fellows will work at the frontier of clinical innovation, helping to build technologies that genuinely reimagine how clinicians and service users experience care.
At its heart, this is about purpose and progress, giving back to the healthcare system, accelerating real change, and joining a company that believes in doing things differently. T-Pro is proud to be a place where ideas become action, and where clinicians can define and create the future they want to work in.
Overview:
We're inviting applications from clinicians who can demonstrate that they embrace, participate and instigate change, who want to shape the future of healthcare through artificial intelligence. This unique fellowship offers a transformative experience designed to fit alongside clinical work, providing a rare opportunity to contribute directly to how AI technologies are developed, tested, and deployed within live healthcare settings.
As a T-Pro Clinical AI Fellow, you'll play an active role in supporting the design, assessment, deployment, and evaluation of cutting-edge AI technologies within real clinical workflows. Each Fellow will be embedded within T-Pro's multidisciplinary AI team, working alongside engineers, data, AI and speech scientists, product designers, and regulatory experts to ensure the safe deployment, optimisation, and evaluation of AI solutions in practice.
This fellowship is ideally suited to individuals currently working in or aspiring to roles such as CCIO, CNIO, CAHPIO, or CXIO, who want to deepen their practical understanding of how AI technologies can be safely implemented and scaled across clinical environments.
Fellows will gain an immersive and hands-on experience within an industry-clinical partnership model, contributing directly to the design, evaluation, and implementation of T-Pro's ambient AI and digital workflow solutions across NHS and international sites.
Our structured programme provides Fellows with a comprehensive understanding of the AI lifecycle in healthcare, including practical exposure to:
* Product design and development
* Model testing and validation
* AI and medical device regulation and assurance
* Clinical safety and risk management
* Supporting the deployment of T-Pro Scribe at a project level
* Benefits realisation and evaluation
* Change management and implementation at scale
