Seeking a highly experienced Safety Professional to join the HSE to lead the safety clearance and handover of the Buildings, Systems, Plant & Equipment from the primary contract to client operations The successful candidate will have the ability to work both independently and within a team, have strong communication skills, and have strong leadership qualities. Duties to include but not limited to: Client Representative accepting Buildings, Systems, Plant & Equipment from the primary construction vendor Complete Buildings, Systems, Plant & Equipment walkdowns ensuring follow-up /close out executed as per clients expectations Main safety liaison between the C & Q Team, Client and primary construction vendor Complete and update all documentation as required for the client Provide support & advice to colleagues, client and other third parties. Any other duties as assigned To be successful in your application you will possess the following; 3rd level qualifications in health & safety or a relevant Qualification Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Possess a sound understanding of health and safety legislation Good communication and interpersonal skills Skills: safety clearance handover builidings health and safety legislation
