Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent – HQ to join Europe's Largest Airline Group.

This role is based in our Dublin HQ and suitable for candidates with a Customer Service Background
Duties include:
Working to targets and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Handling of customer contacts by email
Efficient and appropriate handling of customer queries/complaints
Reporting and communicating to management on problems which arise and suggest solutions to overcome them
Liaise with cross functional stakeholders across the business on a regular basis
Adhoc tasks pertaining to Customer Service
Requirements
Excellent customer service experience with a "can do", proactive attitude
Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
Another European language is desirable but not essential
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (specifically Word and Excel)
Show a natural ability in problem solving
Possess a high level of interpersonal and written skills
Must have a flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic and tactful while working under pressure
Detail orientated; ability to complete large volume of work quickly
Proactive approach to dealing with errors/complaints
