Embrace provides residential support services for adults and children with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain injuries. We are currently looking for a Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team on a full time. The Behaviour Support Specialist will form an integral part of our team, working autonomously and in collaboration with management and frontline staff to form tailor-made person-centred interventions and Positive Behaviour Support Plans. Candidates must be self-driven, focused, highly motivated, creative and experienced with a passion for engaging with our residents on a daily basis.The Behaviour Support Specialist will report directly to our Managing Director.Location: Based in Balbriggan, Co.
