Alliance Medical are currently recruiting a Booking Administrator to join our bookings team based in our Head Office in Raheen, Limerick.

Working hours: 37.5 hrs pw Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding care in a healthcare setting.
This role includes regular, repetitive duties where accuracy and efficiency are key.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and confirm radiology appointments with sensitivity and precision Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and manage appointment-related queries Maintain professional relationships with staff, consultants, and patients.
Comply with Health Safety, data protection, and fire regulations.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
