Key Responsibilities: Curry Chef:
* Prepare a wide range of authentic Indian curries, ensuring every dish meets our high standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
* Develop and innovate new curry recipes, balancing traditional cooking methods with creative flair.
* Accurately anticipate daily and weekly food requirements to ensure the kitchen is well-prepared.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Tandoor Chef:
* Masterfully operate the tandoor to create a variety of dishes, including naan, kebabs, and tandoori specialities.
* Ensure the consistency and quality of all tandoor-prepared items.
* Manage the preparation and marination of meats and vegetables for the tandoor, infusing them with authentic spices and flavours.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and efficient service.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
We Open 12.30pm -9.00pm
