This role involves hands-on responsibility, encompassing a range of tasks that require strong technical and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance, repair, upkeep, and decoration of buildings and building services.
* Repair and upkeep of windows, ceilings, doors, walls, boundary walls, fences, roadways, footpaths, grounds, and site services.
* Maintenance, repair, upkeep, and efficient operation of emergency on-call systems (Eo C) and MEP services on site, communications equipment, fire systems, fuel, and other plant and services.
* Lifts, medical gases, catering, steam, ventilation (HVAC), air conditioning systems, and other specific services as present on site.
* Maintenance, repair, upkeep of water services and necessary quality and statutory documentation, sewerage systems, including safety requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing time sheets, certification for salary returns, and development of comprehensive maintenance programs.
