Site Operations Manager

We are hiring an experienced Site Operations Manager for a major educational build project.
\

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate site activities and ensure they are executed correctly.
\
2. Test materials according to specifications and monitor compliance.
\
3. Record daily activities, progress, and site occurrences in the site diary.
\
4. Report on subcontractor work progress to management.
\
5. Conduct work safely and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
\
6. Maintain professional relationships with all site personnel.
\
7. Monitor and maintain setting out instruments and testing equipment.
\
8. Maximise efficiency and minimise rework through accuracy and self-management.
\
9. Attend site meetings and follow management directions.
\
\
10. Third-level qualification in Engineering or related field.
\
11. Minimum 2 years experience in site operations or similar role.
\
12. Experience with main contractors, subcontractors, or surveying firms preferred.
\
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Power Point, or similar software.
