Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily front-of-house operations across Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner services, ensuring flawless execution at every stage of the guest journey Champion adherence to Lady Helen's brand standards, ensuring consistency in service style, presentation, and guest experience throughout the day Uphold and embed Michelin and Forbes luxury service standards within the team through structured training, coaching, and service leadership Maintain a commanding yet approachable floor presence across all service periods Deliver refined and personalised guest engagement, ensuring memorable experiences from breakfast through to evening dining Lead daily pre-service briefings tailored to each service, including menu knowledge, guest preferences, and service choreography Ensure the delivery of luxury breakfast service that reflects attentiveness, efficiency, and warmth Oversee the execution of Afternoon Tea service, ensuring elegance, precision, and adherence to presentation standards Mentor and develop team members to achieve excellence in luxury service etiquette and presentation Collaborate closely with culinary and sommelier teams to deliver cohesive and elevated dining experiences Manage guest feedback and service recovery with discretion, empathy, and professionalism Oversee operational planning, rostering, payroll support, inventory control, and administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a professional who embodies elegance, leadership, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence across multiple luxury service formats.
