Your Key Responsibilities:
* Review and evaluate user-generated content in Polish to ensure it aligns with community standards
* Accurately classify and moderate content based on established guidelines and policies
* Identify and report any inappropriate content or violations promptly and responsibly
* Provide insights on content trends and contribute feedback to enhance the moderation process
* Work collaboratively with your colleagues to improve overall content moderation strategies
* Stay updated with company policies regarding content moderation and community interaction
Requirements
* Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
* Experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred
* Attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow guidelines
* Strong communication skills for effectively discussing moderation decisions
* Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care
* Familiarity with digital content platforms and moderation tools is a plus
* Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural setting
