Our client, who have their head office located in Santry, Dublin, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Co-ordinator / Planner Administration at the Dublin office.
The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work within a team and a high level of self-motivation.
Purpose of the role Our vacancy is for a well-presented and experienced Co-ordinator / Planner Administrator.
The successful candidate should have experience in a similar role.
General Description of Activities:Liaising with customers in relation to scheduling service and validations of hospital equipmentManage day-to-day call outs to HSE & Private hospital groupsCheck and file reports from service engineersSend daily jobs to customersSend validation reports to customersProcess daily service orders on Microsoft DynamicsGenerate monthly service reportsConduct regular reporting processes in line with KPIsAssist the Sales and Service team in the fieldSupport incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and booking couriersSpecific Job Requirements:Convey company policy to external parties positivelyKnowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantageExperience in customer serviceExcellent communication and team working skills with high energy and urgency to deliver results.
