Residential Property Manager Role
Your new role involves overseeing and managing a portfolio of residential developments. This includes ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently, responding to client queries in a timely manner, and reviewing correspondence as required.
You will also be responsible for managing credit control issues, liaising with our Operations Department to oversee work on each development, and liaising with the Accounts department to ensure audited accounts are finalised.
Additional responsibilities include completing requests for Requisitions 37, membership certificates, and letters of indemnity, as well as preparing reports for clients and senior management. You will also attend AGMs and other meetings after office hours, operate and monitor SLAs, conduct site visits, and oversee project work to a successful conclusion.
Furthermore, you will coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing staff. You will also represent and speak on behalf of the company to the Board of Directors.
What You'll Need To Succeed
* Possess a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognised organisation within the property industry.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
* Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation.
