The Role
Managing the day-to-day communications / activities / requests / follow up with customers:
Customer Service Support:
* Spec creation.
* Order processing.
* Customer interactions / communication / follow up.
* Supporting a timely response to our customer requests.
* Follow up with internal departments on customer requests.
* Direct contact with tail accounts to review their requirements.
Assist CSM Network with New Business Development:
* Customer Samples – Organisation from designer to shipment.
* Organisation & supply of time critical documents to prospects.
* Processing of enquiries and passing to commercial.
Additional contact point for internal SKI CSM network
Supporting sales office as needed:
* POD Management.
* Origination Tracking & Recharging.
* Back up to Sales Office / Internal Key Account Manager.
