My client is a reputable, residential developer who have a proven track record of delivering high end developments in Ireland. Due to a new project starting in 2026, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the project in Navan, Co Meath
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the construction of a large residential project, ensuring the project is completed on time
* Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Oversee site operations, ensuring safety regulations and quality standards are met.
* Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor and report on progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
* Ensure proper use of materials and equipment, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar supervisory role in construction
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
