The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems while supporting business objectives and driving continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day IT operations, including networks, systems, hardware, and softwareLead, mentor, and develop the IT support teamPlan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and servicesEnsure data security, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with relevant regulationsOversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurementDevelop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and escalationsCollaborate with senior management to align IT strategy with business goalsManage IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology implementationsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in an IT Manager or senior IT roleStrong knowledge of:Networks (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)Microsoft 365 / Active Directory / Azure (or equivalent)Cybersecurity best practicesExperience managing IT teams and external vendorsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsDegree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage
