About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Safety Culture Champion to champion a positive Health & Safety culture across our organisation and client sites, promoting safety awareness, ensuring legislative compliance, and providing support to employees, suppliers, and customers.
* Implement and maintain an ISO 45001-aligned Health & Safety Management System across all our companies, sites, employees, and customers
* Provide inductions and ongoing H&S training to employees
* Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards, suggest risk reduction measures, and advise on PPE needs
* Adeise management on legislative H&S obligations
