Discover your full potential – join us to grow your career while leaving a lasting legacy.What You Will Be DoingGrow our business by strengthening relationships with existing clients and supporting expansion into new marketsConducting activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.Leading / project managing all stages of projects involving the design, procurement, supervision, and certification of new Buildings & Infrastructure projects.Working as part of multi-disciplinary design teams in the delivery of Buildings & Infrastructure projects.Providing structural engineering technical expertise and mentoring young engineers.Providing a high-quality service to our clients in the Public and Private Sectors.Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience in the engineering consultancy industry and will become a valued member of our Buildings & Infrastructure team. Key Skills & Attributes include:Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.Team Player with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to work closely with Clients to achieve high levels of satisfaction and win-win outcomes.Project Management – Extensive experience in all aspects of delivering projects and programmes of work, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control. Experience of leading, coaching and training project managers.Possess a high level of technical capability and experience in the use of structural and civil engineering design software.Track record of working on Building & Infrastructure projects in a collaborative BIM environment.Experience in bid management is advantageous.QualificationsA Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Level 8) as a minimum; a Masters qualification (Level 9) is advantageous.Associate = Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experiencePrincipal Engineer = Minimum of 9 years’ relevant experienceChartered Engineer status (CEng, MICE or equivalent).Hold a clean driving licenceWhat is in it for you?We’re proud to be an accredited training provider, internationally recognised and providing robust fully accredited professional training programmes - to master’s degree level professional qualifications in leadership & management and executive coaching & mentoring, we provide learning and development for everyone.We support our people to innovate, collaborate and build meaningful careers.
