CSA Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy - Data Centre
Our client is one of Ireland's fastest growing cost consultancies with an excellent client book and pipeline of work especially in the DC sphere. Due to a number of new projects with a global MNC they are looking to hire a CSA QS with excellent client facing skills to join the Data Centre team.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and cost plans.
* Managing and negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers.
* Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Skills Required
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying.
* Strong knowledge of pre-contract and procurement processes.
