As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the development of complex medical devices. Your expertise in systems engineering will be essential in bridging functional and geographic boundaries to drive new product development.

A Day in the Life
\
\
As part of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to create integration, characterization, and troubleshooting testing, training, and guidance documents. You will also coach other engineers in the application of systems engineering principles and identify opportunities for applying systems engineering within work assigned to the team.

\
Responsibilities
\
\
\
* Participate on Core Teams/cross-functional teams in the creation of integration, characterization, and troubleshooting testing, training, and guidance documents
\
* Coach other engineers in the application of systems engineering principles and identify opportunities for applying systems engineering within work assigned to the team
\
* Support marketing, field engineering, technical services, and training and education in technical questions
\
* Propose and implement changes to improve systems and/or processes
\
\
\
Required Skills and Qualifications
\
\
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Advanced understanding of Electrophysiology and comfort in the hospital environment are also preferred.
