Job Title: Contracts Administrator
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage contractual aspects of civils, structures, and architecture packages for a major pharmaceutical construction project in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer contracts for civil works, structural, and architectural packages
Manage subcontractor agreements and variations for CSA disciplines
Process and evaluate change orders and contract modifications
Coordinate with CSA contractors, consultants, and design teams
Monitor contract compliance and deliverable milestones
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years contracts administration experience
Construction industry background, preferably pharmaceutical/industrial projects
Knowledge of CSA construction processes and terminology
Experience with standard construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar)
