Part time Pharmacy Assistant requiredExperience preferred but not necessary.3 days per week and relief.Your role will include supporting the pharmacist and pharmacy team in delivering excellent customer care, managing over-the-counter (OTC) sales, and maintaining the efficient day-to-day running of the pharmacy. The role combines customer service, sales, and administrative duties in compliance with Irish pharmacy regulations.Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers, providing a high standard of customer care. Support prescription intake and refer customers to the pharmacist when necessary. Advise on non-prescription (OTC) medicines and healthcare products within the scope of training. Operate the till system, process transactions, and handle refunds/exchanges. Merchandise, stock shelves, and check expiry dates to ensure product quality. Assist with stock control, ordering, and receiving deliveries. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised retail and dispensary area.
