Senior Kitchen Specialist Role
Promote a culture of exceptional food quality across various culinary events. Collaborate closely with the Head Sous Chef on daily kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to rigorous HACCP standards and best practices in food safety, hygiene, and presentation. Provide essential support to junior chefs and participate actively in stock control management.
About You:
* A minimum of Senior Chef de Partie experience within fast-paced hotel or high-end restaurant kitchens is required.
* Significant weddings/banqueting experience would be strongly advantageous for this role.
