About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Industry Relations Contracting team as a Project Analyst. This operational role provides essential administrative and documentation support to a team of Contract Managers based across the US and Ireland. The successful candidate will assist in contract administration, audit and litigation documentation, and process coordination, contributing to the smooth functioning of the team.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position to cover maternity leave, with the option to go permanent. Individuals who live and work in the Republic of Ireland will be based in our Dublin office on two fixed days per week (Wednesday and Thursday), with the remainder of their monthly work hours from a home-based office.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Contract Manager team, including document preparation, tracking, and filing.
* Assist in the coordination and organization of materials for internal and external audits, as well as litigation-related documentation.
* Support contract lifecycle activities, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with internal standards.
* Maintain contract records and databases, ensuring timely updates and version control.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in contract processes and documentation.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support team-wide operational efficiency.
* Work independently on routine tasks and seek guidance on more complex issues.
Qualifications/Experience
* Undergraduate degree and/or 1–3 years of professional experience in an operational, administrative and contract support role.
* Experience in contract administration, US Healthcare, retail pharmacy, or Pharmacy Benefit Management is a plus.
Professional Skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Experience using Salesforce CLM and Adobe Sign (or similar platforms).
* Familiarity with contract documentation and redlining tools (e.g. tracked changes).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
