Automation Systems Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Automation Systems Engineer to oversee and manage automation systems in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in a highly regulated manufacturing sector, specifically pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The role involves ensuring maximum uptime and performance of automation systems, managing system user access, backups, and restores, as well as implementing corrective actions and collaborating with technical support.
We require the successful candidate to have a degree in engineering or equivalent, with expertise in automation and GMP manufacturing. Proficiency in automation solutions such as Siemens, Omron, and Mitsubishi is essential, as well as knowledge of industry standards including GAMP, ANSI/ISA, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 11.
This is an on-site role that offers the opportunity to develop and implement global automation strategies to standardize processes, maintain and optimize automation systems and infrastructure, and drive automation projects to meet cost, schedule, and technical goals.

* Responsibilities:

* - Ensure all activities comply with site and corporate Quality Systems.
* - Create and maintain engineering deliverables and test scripts.
* - Develop and implement global automation strategies to standardize processes.
* - Maintain and optimize automation systems and infrastructure.
* - Develop solutions tailored to the manufacturing environment.
* - Drive automation projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical goals are met.
* Requirements:
* - Degree in engineering (automation, robotics, computer science, etc.) or equivalent.
* - Experience in GMP manufacturing, with expertise in automation.
* - Broad understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory environments.
* - Proficiency in automation solutions (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.).
* - Knowledge of industry standards (GAMP, ANSI/ISA, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11) and GxP/QA.
