Business Analyst Role Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support regulatory resilience obligations across critical business functions. This role sits within a governance and operational risk team, focused on compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will manage the annual review of critical and important functions in line with regulatory requirements, lead annual DORT activities and coordinate all associated resilience reviews, oversee third party business continuity and disaster recovery assessments, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the annual review of critical and important functions in line with regulatory requirements
* Lead annual DORT activities and coordinate all associated resilience reviews
* Oversee third party business continuity and disaster recovery assessments
* Manage the annual exit strategy testing programme for third party service providers
* Support creation, maintenance, and implementation of BIAs and Business Recovery Plans
* Act as an active member of the incident management team
* Prepare resilience reporting, committee papers, and management information for governance forums
Requirements:
A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and experience working in technology driven or high availability environments are essential for this role.
