The role focuses on developing and managing relationships within the Construction and Commercial Fit-Out sectors, promoting innovative solutions that transform interior and exterior environments through graphics, signage, architectural finishes, and window treatments. This is a predominantly field-based role, requiring regular client interaction and business development activity across Ireland. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, fit-out, and interiors sectors. Promote a range of visual enhancement solutions, including wall and glass graphics, signage, and architectural films. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and company targets. Prepare and deliver professional proposals and quotations using internal systems. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to client expectations. Represent the business in a professional manner during meetings, site visits, and industry events. Essential Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial B2B sales. Strong understanding of the construction or fit-out industries. Proven experience in developing new business and managing long-term client relationships. Background or strong interest in large format print, signage, or specialist window films is a distinct advantage. Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and drive performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM platforms (experience with Job Logic is a plus). Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel as required. Desirable Attributes Demonstrated success in market expansion or introducing new services to existing sectors. Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Confident in delivering client presentations and pitching to decision-makers across various sectors.
