About The Role
Role: Administration Support Coordinator
Location: Dundalk (Fully onsite)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm | Fixed Term Contract
Hourly pay rate: €16-18
Payroll admin
* Reviewing clock in reports, updating Time gate annual leave request, sick leave and lateness.
* Updating the master payroll report
* Updating any payroll queries
* Tracking overtime, reporting weekly and following up with Team Leads and supervisors
* Uploading sick certs, tracking and creating return to work interview and documentation
* Assist with people Admin – Payroll reports annual leave, sick leave and Bradford factor
* Coordinating with supervisors on leave cover
HR admin
* Tracking absenteeism, lates and other disciplinary issues
* Creating communications and setting up meetings for supervisors, and contract manager
* Reward and Recognition program
* Recruitment admin including Onboarding new employees, ordering workwear, PPE and arranging induction
* Update
Other tasks
* Stock Control, Chemicals, Consumables, Training materials and Workwear
* Updating Communications with team
* Preparation of daily communication with site Manager
* Preparing and organising Team Meetings
* Preparing meeting updates for client
* Monthly team engagement activity/ session
* Sports and social committee member
* Weekly TASK Audit
* Manage administrative tasks such as rostering record updates, annual leave, and safety documentation.
* Support onboarding and onboarding of new hires, including work wear and safety induction.
* Raise purchase orders and coordinate PPM schedules.
QHSE
* Ownership of Logbook, Velocity updating with expiry documents
Training
- Scheduling and updating the training matrix, assessments and access control
- Arranging any MSD training and notifying team and managers when training is happening
- Flagging when training overdue date are near and insuring the don't go overdue
