Salary – €28K - €30K
About the Company
An exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company on a very busy site in Dublin 7. This award-winning Main Contractor works on projects valued from €1M to €30M in both the commercial and residential sectors.
The Role
* Support the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
* Liaise with subcontractors and clients.
* Handle and file important site documents.
* Schedule appointments for clients, directors and site teams.
* Answer phone calls and redirect them accordingly.
* General administration duties.
Requirements
* Proven history of administration within the construction industry
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite and competent with technology.
* Strong sense of ownership over projects and drive to meet deadlines.
* An eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills and approachable personality.
