Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to join us in Dublin. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our social media platform.
The ideal candidate will be culturally attuned to The Netherlands with an in-depth awareness of its societal norms and regional market nuances.
You will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, enforcing clients' Terms of Use, and becoming knowledgeable about their products and community standards.
Additionally, you will gather, analyse, and utilise relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience, recognise trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
You will also identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions, utilising your strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as empathy.
