2. Anticipate guests' needs to provide outstanding service and maximize guest satisfaction.
3. Ensure arrival and departure procedures are executed to the highest standard.
4. Manage reservation calls efficiently, delivering premium guest care at every opportunity.
5. Assist in the day-to-day running and ongoing development of the front office team.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as a front office team leader or at least 2 years' experience as a supervisor in a busy hotel environment.
* Strong familiarity with front office systems, Opera Cloud experience highly desired.
* Excellent spoken and written English.
