One of Irelands leading and most respected main contractors is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major commercial development in Dublin City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years experience to progress their career with a top-tier contractor renowned for delivering landmark projects to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the commercial management of a large-scale commercial project from pre-construction through to final account. Prepare and manage subcontractor packages, valuations, and variations. Monitor project budgets and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Support senior commercial staff and project teams in all aspects of contract administration. Work closely with site management and design teams to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals. Contribute to reporting and forecasting on commercial performance. Requirements: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience with a main contractor or leading subcontractor. Experience working on commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects in Ireland or the UK. Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and organisational skills. Proficiency in relevant software and cost management tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
