Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious, experienced Commercial Lines Executive to join us in Campion HQ, Nass Road, Dublin 22.

Successful candidate's will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio
of commercial and technology clients.
This client facing exciting role requires a combination of technical expertise and client relationship management skills. Liaising and engaging with insurers along with some business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert insurance advice and tailored solutions to clients.
* Negotiate and place insurance with a wide range of insurers.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
* Build and maintain long-term client and insurer relationships.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
* Prepare and deliver client presentations, renewal reports, and market analysis.
Requirements
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Commercial Broker,
* Qualified APA, CIP, MDI, or ACII (or working towards completion).
* Proven track record of portfolio management, retention, and growth.
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
* Experience of Applied Relay system advantageous.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Highly self-motivated with strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
