Data Protection Professional
We are seeking a skilled Data Protection Analyst to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our privacy and data protection framework.
* Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy, and other relevant legislation.
* Lead and participate in data protection projects, integrating compliance from the outset.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments for new technologies, vendors, and business processes.
* Update and maintain key compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on data protection and privacy best practices.
* Support the management of data breaches, incidents, and subject rights requests (DSARs).
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, IT, Security, HR, and Operations to promote a culture of data protection.
* Assist in vendor due diligence and review of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
Required Skills:
* Extensive knowledge of data protection regulations and frameworks.
* Proven track record in managing data protection projects.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
